We are only interested in working with like minded brokers. While our value can be applied to any broker operation, success will only be found if we are a match.

We only are interested in working with HONEST brokers. We do not have any tolerance for people who mislead clients, defraud funders, treat their sales people poorly, or any other version of dishonesty.

The ideal broker will be someone proud of what they do, dedicated to becoming a better person everyday, open to learning, and willing to take criticism. My success is predicated on yours, if you are winning, you will stay on board, in turn letting me win as well, we will be a tandem, with your growth as the #1 objective.

The mentorship is flexible, and catered to the needs of the client. Whether you have 20 sales people, 100, or just work by yourself, no two clients needs are going to be the same. Pricing on larger clients will be on a case by case basis of need, which can include in person training and visiting as well.

The Right Pricing

Our fees are based on the expected time investment needed and the amount of coaching needed. Most 1-2 man operations that already are set up and established will have affordable proposals under $1500/month. Larger operations, with setup, and more coaching needed will increase from there. After our initial conversation, if we deem a fit is there, a detailed proposal will be given the same day via email. This will be month to month, and give you full, unrestricted access to myself and my knowledge. I reply to texts quickly, take all phone calls, and reply quickly to all emails. One thing I have never been called is unreliable.

Custom quotes are available for larger needs, up to and including in person training, and on site work as well. I am available to work directly with your team as well, and pricing may adjust based on how many, and what level of involvement is needed.

Don’t blow $25k on a training course that doesn’t actually provide the critical things you need, and save the $200k a year required to hire a C level executive, get an affordable, on demand mentor.
